Rajinder Mann OBE introduces the Network for Black & Asian Professionals

Since their creation in 1998, The Network for Black & Asian Professionals is a social justice, not-for-profit organisation committed to supporting Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) professionals to achieve their full career and civic potential.

The organisation is headed by Chief Executive, Rajinder Mann OBE, a founding member. A high profile figure in the social justice field, she has over 30 years’ experience, she was formerly the Executive Director of the Black Leadership Initiative (BLI), was awarded the British Diversity Award Gold Standard for Education in 2005, and more recently, was conferred the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Volunteering Award in 2012 in recognition of its flagship Mentoring Programme.
