The Art of Business could be considered to be similar to the Art of War. Whilst artistry and war are not necessarily synonymous, Sun Tzu a Chinese military general, strategist, and philosopher of ancient China, challenged this concept for introducing his philosophy of war for managing conflicts and winning battles.
Heralded as a masterpiece on strategy it is frequently cited and referred to by generals and theorists including those in business who recognise the similarities for managing conflict and developing strong leadership in order to win the battles presented by the business world.
In this segment I will share with you the Six Principles of Sun Tzu and how this offers an Art to business.
